Shipping Policy

Here’s the real deal on shipping.

We’re not Amazon. We don’t have drones or robots.
But we do pack your order like it’s going to our own kitchen.

How fast?

• Processing: 1–2 business days (add a couple more days during sales)

• Standard shipping: 5–8 business days

• Expedited: 2–3 business days (costs more, obviously)

Carriers: USPS, UPS, or FedEx. You’ll get a tracking number.

Fragile stuff (ceramics, glass)
We use bubble wrap + double boxes. We’ve tested it. It works.

Textiles (tablecloths, napkins)
Sealed in a plastic bag. No dust, no warehouse smell.

International orders
We ship to [US / Canada / etc].
Delivery: 10–20 business days – but customs can be slow. That’s on them, not us.
You pay any import fees/duties.

Wrong address?
Your typo, your cost. Double‑check at checkout. If you catch it within 2 hours, email us.
